  • Designated professional competence and (if nec.) management experience
  • Verifiable references and sustainable project experience
  • Training corresponding to the state of the art
  • Powerful competency profiles
  • Willing to travel

We always appreciate applications from managers who apply for a defined project that has been announced. We also appreciate every proactive introduction.
Of course we conduct a comprehensive examination of the references and proofs from all new interim managers.

An intensive telephone interview is also part of the process of admission in our pool.
